2020 looks to be a breakout year for the country after South Dakota put marijuana legalization on the 2020 ballot. Marijuana Moment reports that on Monday, January 6, the secretary of state’s office announced a proposed measure to legalize marijuana in the state. Currently, medical and recreational cannabis is illegal in South Dakota.
