Illinois hits nearly $35 million in legal marijuana sales in February. Cannabis consumers spent $34.8 million on 831,600 items over the 29-day month, to be exact. Locals spent about $25.6 million, while out-of-state visitors topped $9.2 million according to a press release from the governor’s office.
