3Fifteen Primo Cannabis is based out of Columbia and holds licenses for four additional dispensaries and one manufacturing facility in Missouri.
“Everything on our shelves is grown in Missouri,” CEO Jason Corrado said.
According to a press release, since 2003, Corrado has been a resident, licensed real estate broker and mortgage investor in Columbia.
“My family and I are always looking for ways to evolve our community, and we are very excited to provide medicine here,” Corrado said. “We have been able to partner with local contractors, artists and vendors to get this location upgraded to a very unique & state-of-the-art facility.”
According to the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, in 2019, most approved qualifying patient applications were submitted by people in their 30’s, followed by people in their 50’s.

According to 3Fifteen Primo’s press release, the original economic analysis of Missouri’s medical marijuana market by the University of Missouri suggested there would 19,000 qualified patients by the end of 2020. However, the Show-Me State currently sits at over 70,000 distributed patient cards, showing that Missourians are receptive to and anxious for the program to fully roll out in our state.
On Nov. 6, 2018, 65 percent of Missouri voters passed Amendment 2 into law, legalizing the medical use of marijuana for qualifying Missouri patients.
